Commercial Gold.....saving energy and money

The commercial facility market is ripe for businesses who provide energy saving services and products. I have no problem with return phone calls and emails when asked, "would you like to learn about saving money and energy?" many businesses are flush with cash, see and understand how energy upgrades and investments with short R.O.I's can pay them huge returns.
There are many low cost alternatives available to companies to improve and extend the life of HVAC systems, motors and  even lower maintenance cost at the same time. Quantifying savings that really requires no real decision. I have yet to sit across from someone, show them annual savings of thousands of dollars and R.O.I periods of less than 24 months that said "no, we're gonna wait and see". If, that ever happened, my guess is they won't be employed there very long and I will get in the door later.
